Unfortunatly this is not possible right now since it doesn't work.
There some problems with the latest Cocoon version. But it is not
very sophisticated. The entry point is a list of all topics. If
you click on a topic you get an overview of it with all its names,
sub topics, parent topics, and the associations where it plays
a role. A similar page shows an overview of an association. So,
this tool presents the topicmap from a more technical point of view.

If I have the time I'll make it running again and provide an online
demo.
