Summary: TopicMapCopier forgets to copy VariantName(s)

Initial Comment:
The TopicMapCopier forgets to copy the VariantNames, it
only copies the Variant(Container)s.
Additionally the TopicMapCopier creates a lot of unused
arrays (BaseName, Occurrence, Variant).

The attached patch solves the above mentioned problems.
With this patch applied the TopicMapCopier copies the
Variants incl. variant names.
Additionally the copying process is faster and uses
less memory.
The patch is against the CVS
