when I delete a "Topic" that is a "Topic Type" or another 
Topic, I don't get exception.
The Deleteion completed.
The "other Topic" faces problems with i'ts "Types"

Fixed for Ozone and in-memory backends. Need to validate and
test against hibernate backend.
