Initial Comment:
Hi,

when calling TMAPI TopicMap.remove() not all tables are
emptied in the relational Backend.

The tables "srclocs", "locators" and
"SubjectIdentityPoint" are not cleaned. Maybe that can
cause a data growth when often deleting topicmaps.

i dunno if it is only TMAPI related.
