[Tm4j-developers] Remove org.tm4j.topicmap.PSI

Hi all,

For a while now the class org.tm4j.topicmap.PSI (which contains the old
XTM PSI constants) has been deprecated in favour of
org.tm4j.topicmap.XTMPSI.

I propose to remove org.tm4j.topicmap.PSI from the source tree (and
therefore from the next release of TM4J). If anyone has strong
opposition to this, please yell now!
