Hi Cristoph, I understand your point. I don't think that it is likely that the license will change, but it could happen I suppose. The only problem with referring only to the local license is that it could be that the license file gets moved or altered. So, if there is only one reference, referring to a copy of the license file that we have control over makes more sense to me. Perhaps we should put a version number or version date in the license file URL so the URL reference could be to, for example, http://tm4j.org/LICENSE_20040226.txt Then if we use a different license for a future release, that could have a different URL - of course, that would mean updating all of the file headers, but that shouldn't be a problem.
