That sounds like a good idea. The License is basically the Apache Software
License, but with the names changed. So perhaps the text should read:

/*
 Copyright (c) 2000-2004 The TM4J Project. All rights reserved.
 
 This software is licensed under a modified version of the 
 Apache Software License. The full license text can be found at
 http://tm4j.org/LICENSE.txt 
*/

I think its better just to point to one place (the TM4J.org website) and to
say "modified version" so that people cannot claim that we have passed the
IP to the Apache Software Foundation!
