Initial Comment:
Document which JAR files from the lib directory are
needed to use which of the different back-end
implementations. The idea being to allow developers to
remove the JAR files which are not required by the
back-end(s) they are not planning to use.

Restructuring of lib directory makes it easier to identify
JAR files that are specific to each backend (there is now a
hibernate and an ozone subdirectory under lib).
Documentation updated to list which JARS in the top level
lib directory are optional and what their purpose is.
