I personally think that Eclipse is a great environment, except that it is=20
an enormous download, and it relies on a completely different display=20
technology than Swing or AWT, and that technology has not infected all Java=

platforms (yet). (Of course, you can develop in Swing if you like, but the=

Eclipse platform itself does not use Swing).

jEdit is also powerful, but you give up the Apache license if you use any=20
part of it.  While there, take a look at Jext.

Sorry to sound negative here; I do like the idea of enhancing TMNav.
