[Tm4j-developers] Removing deprecated methods

Hi all,

I propose to remove all methods deprecated prior to 0.7.0 in release 0.8.=
0.=20
This means that anything marked as deprecated from 0.7.0 on will remain i=
n=20
0.8.0 but anything deprecated in 0.6.x or before will go. I think that gi=
ving=20
a minimum 1 release leeway is enough. However, I won't do this right away=
=2E So=20
if anyone has any major objections to this, please let me know ASAP.
