In essence, there would be something like a project charter that I would have to draft, a person representing the "partner organization" (for the TM4J project, this would presumably be Kal) would have to approve, and which would be filed with my college's administration. But perhaps there would also be some e-mail traffic to and fro since our administration might want to clarify some things with the "partner organization representative" before giving the green light for the project. Be advised, however, that I'm speculating here. They might clear everything without any hassle involved, or they might get rellay inquisitive. You never know. I know this isn't exactly reassuring, but I think honesty is going to get us further than -- Gerd, help me out, what's a good English term for "Schonfarberei"?
