Folks,

I'm not sure what is up with the CVS notifications - I checked in a bunch of
stuff a while ago and haven't seen a notification message on the CVS list.
So, just to let you know, I have recently checked in a first cut of the
TopicMapProvider/TopicMapManager interface along with an implementation for
the in-memory backend. I would appreciate any feedback from folks on this.
All the new/modified files are in com/techquila/topicmap and
com/techquila/topicmap/test.
