Hi Gerd,

There is no reason for associations not to be added at all - its a bug :-).

I discovered the same problem for the index of objects by resourceID and
fixed that for the case of associations. I alsoadded a bug report to remind
me to index all the other topic map objects against their resourceID - it
looks like we need another one to remind me to index all the topic map
objects against their ID as well.
