[Tm4j-announce] TM4J 0.9.7 released

I'm pleased to announce the release of TM4J 0.9.7. This version of TM4J
adds support for all of TMAPI 1.0 as well as a number of bug-fixes on
0.9.6.

There are no database schema changes or non-backwards compatible API
changes in this version and all users of TM4J 0.9.6 are recommended to
upgrade.
