[Tm4j-announce] TM4J 0.9.3 released

TM4J version 0.9.3 has just been released.

This release completes the implementation of TMAPI 1.0 alpha, adding the 
index implementations and the TopicMapSystemFactory implementation that 
were missing in the 0.9.2 release.

Downloads are available from the usual place on SourceForge.
