[Tm4j-announce] TM4J 0.8.3 Released

Hi folks,

The latest stable release of TM4J, version 0.8.3 is now available for
download from Sourceforge [1]. This release adds a number of bug fixes
and new XML Catalog-based locator resolution courtesy of Murray Altheim.

This release also includes the first version of the TM4J Administrator's
Tool, a GUI tool to help managed topic maps in persistent stores. The
tool should be considered alpha quality. Requests for features for this
tool are welcome.
