#144 limit clause crashes tolog evaluator

Hi,

Given a query like

instance-of($TOPIC, Opera),
instance-of($TOPIC, Music)
limit 8?

the tolog evaluator throws an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException if there are less than 8 results.

Tested with 0.9.8 and In-Memory-Backend.
