#109 No default factory.props file
TM4Web/Velocity looks for a file factory.props when it
runs. No factory.props file is included in the
distribution. A skeleton/sample factory.props file
should be included in the distro to:
a) prevent the error message appearing
b) serve as an example for customising factory.props
