#10 Do not use privat Diffie-Hellman when using openssl

Define a new autoconf macro to deactivate the diffie-hellman implementation in case openssl is used. This is needed because 512 bits DH key provided by tcltls is long enough for new versions of gnu-tls by default.

    Why not just increase default DH size?
