How to sort output (lines) and store logfile in another directory?

How can I tell tlpd to automatically sort all lines after run (descending)?

How can I tell tlpd to store the file not in TMEP folder but in another directory D:\foobar\ ?

Um... I installed this, and suddenly my computer is infected with malware, and botnets. TLPD -- all the source files are infected, according to Malware Bytes

The developer probably got its account compromised, and an infected release had been published.

I reached the security team, and they have deleted this infected release.
