The developer probably got its account compromised, and an infected release had been published. Good news: I reached the security team, and they have deleted this infected release (which was 4.6.0.1, modification date 2020). You can confidently download the real latest release, which is 4.6. Just make sure the modification date is 2016 on the file listing.

Hi, I have used TLPD before (without too much analysis) and been very happy. Today I downloaded the program on my computer (Win10 64-bit, with latest updates inc. Creators Update) and run the 64 bit program (not from the command prompt) against a folder (with subfolders) that was both deep, long in names and had several symbols within the path (equals, commas and brackets mostly). My results were not what I expected. Is there threshold on the number of characters over the minimum that you enter?...
We use SharePoint online and there is a 256 folder/filename character limitation...
