No results after T-lex2 was finished

After T-lex2 was finished, in the report file, I saw "T-lex finished successfully at Wed Nov 5 15:36:53 2014". But when I looked at the output files, there were intermediate files in Tabsence/. No files was in Tpresence. When I checked the mapping/ in Tabsence/, each file only had the header. So could you please tell me which step I should check?
In the website (http://petrov.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/Tlex2_manual.html#Input data), you said the version of SHRiMP was Release 2.2.1. Will the Release SHRiMP-2.2.3 work?
