Hi,

I have just added a new module named dcolt to the project. This is mainly an
extension of the matrix package from the colt distribution
http://hoschek.home.cern.ch/hoschek/colt/

There is still a lot of work and some parts are not working (or at least not
well), but I have been using it for a year now with no serious problem.
