#168 Menu height option.

Currently if you have to many menu items to display on
the screen, the inner workings of the menu command
places arrow(scroll) buttons at the top and the bottom of
the menu list.

It would be nice to have an option to tell the menu
command how many items you display on the screen
(similar to the listbox -height option) and if you have
more items in your menu, than in this option, to display
the arrow(scroll) buttons.
