#164 Widget borders colourable

Hi, I am a skin developer for Amsn, and I was just
wondering if you have any plans to make borders of
widgets colourable - ie for widgets with "solid" relief
one could have a light blue face and dark blue border..
this would make making Amsn even prettier a lot easier
:) As a black border is not always desirable.
