#107 Background images for widgets

It'd be nice if all Tk widgets (or at least as many as
possible) could support background images. This was a
feature that Barry Wegman <wegmanb@issi-hsv.com>
mentioned (in email discussion) to me that he was
looking for. I don't know how well this ties in with
native widgets...
