#3098 Tk Img: taking a screenshot of canvas is broken

The bug only shows up on Windows.
Versions of Windows tested:
- Windows XP SP3
- Windows 7

Versions of Tcl/Tk where the bug is found:
- ActiveTcl8.5.9.2.294317-win32-x86_64-threaded
- ActiveTcl8.5.10.0.294993-win32-ix86-threaded
- ActiveTcl8.6.0.0.296563-win32-x86_64-threaded

How to reproduce
1. Launch this script with Wish application.
2. Click on the screen.
3. The script will take a screenshot.
Problems:
It takes ages to complete.
Very often the screenshot appears to be "torn" or damaged.
