#1627 Non-Latin scripts don't work

No

On a German system Mac OS X 10.2.8 most scripts
except latin don't work. The "Unicode Label
Demonstration" from demos/widget just shows
garbage for all the interesting scripts.

The reason is that macosx/tkMacOSXFont.c uses
Quickdraw to draw text. This depends on QuickDraw
script codes and their support as primary scripts by
fonts. Although I have all fonts necessary for the
scripts, they are not found by QuickDraw.

In addition scripts that are not covered by the
QuickDraw script list can't be supported at all.

Patch #638966 can be used to fix this problem.
