#1105 changing font size in tk widget demo

I work on windows-Me with a 1024x768 screen.

The basic "widget demonstration" has a big
font and, in my opinion, may give to newcomers the
feeling that tk is a bit "kludge".

Changing the line 26 of widget.tcl
from "set font {Helvetica 14}"
to "set font {Helvetica 10}" (or 11)

makes me feel much better, each time I install
a new distribution.

I suggest to integrate this modification in the core
distribution.

    I've switched to 12-point, because 10 and 11 come out just
    too small (IMO) on this screen. Mind you, font size is one
    of these things that is very much a matter of taste...
