Sure. The image based keramik and plastik themes are just packages.
Copy the folder to any of the folders listed in the tcl auto_path
variable (in aMSN you can use Control-C to get a console window and
then enter set ::auto_path to see the value).
I'm uncertain how easy it is to build the TileQt extension - maybe we
can put a binary up for people to try out, or a second starkit.
