tkimg.c does not compile because tkimgUuid.h is not generated by any of the makefile.vc files. MingGW, Linux and Darwin compile fine.
I don't have a good environment to test this, but r554 is an attempt to add the necessary rules to generate tkimgUuid.h with base/win/makefile.vc
I have this bug now with the latest 1.4.14 on Fedora 36. The build fails. My motivation is to apply a patch from Debian's bugtracker https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1013877
I can reproduce, when building in a separete "build" directory. Should be fixed in r582
r587 compiles for me - thank you! Nice work. I didn't even need the patch.
