#4 Configure patch for x86_64

Added /usr/lib64 to path for checking where tclConfig.sh among other things is located. Also added "-lm" to linker path (LDFLAGS = -lm) in Makefile.in so that linking doesn't fail on Slackware64-14.0.

I'm using tcl8.6 with the patch from Jeffery Hansen. The application seems to be working just fine right now.
