#1 patch for 4.0.2 effect window / param number
I quickly coded a patch for tkeca 4.0.2 because the
parameter list in the effect windows would grow out of
screen when using effects with a large number of
parameters. IE: Steve Harris' Hermes Filter with 52
parameters.
This patch splits the parameter screen and doubles its
width when using > 30 parameters. This way 1024x786
users can see up to 60 parameters and 1200x1024 users
up to 80.
Also added a debug screen for displaying messages sent
to stdout with puts when calling the app with sh. (set
global $DEBUG to > 0 if using it)
Not the cleanest solution but it works until scrollbars are
added to the effect windows.
