Also, apply please two plugins. Changes:
1) e_menu: hg.mnu added
2) add_shortcut: Super and Menu keys, version info added

Also correct please the Preferences issues of 3.5.3:

1) when calling Preferences the error occurs:
can't read "pref_ui::prefs(General/DefaultPluginExportDirectory)": no such element in array

2) in .msg files there is no "Default Plugin Export Directory" string

I have regenerated all of the .msg files based on the current string changes.

I believe that all of the issues addressed in this issue are now addressed in the default branch. Fixes will be generally available in the next development/stable release.
