#7 Merge select radiobuttons

Due to my short term memory span, i thought it would
be nice if the merge select buttons updated when using
the keyboard to make selections, that way i'd know
what decision I had made a few seconds earlier :)
This is in file 'Merge_Select_Highlight'

Then I thought to myself, wouldn't it be nice if the
graphical radiobuttons used raised relief on mouse over
just like the buttons.
This is in file 'Merge_Select_Buttons' (includes highlight)

I put in the highlight patch (good idea) but not the raise
patch. That one's also a good idea, but it doesn't work
very well with the Motif-style buttons, which are raised
already. The dimension changes, and then they flatten.
Maybe it could be fixed to work both ways.

Hmmm... might be a bug in Tcl.
On XP when I mouse-over, the button raises but it also
resized. So I added some resizing myself to keep the button
    the same size.
Looks like the *nix version works the way it's supposed to :-)

I could remove the resizing and then *nix should be OK but
then XP (and possibly other windows versions) would be
    changing dimensions instead.

After a bit more thought (and the fact that i realized i'd
accidently closed this patch :-), this is possible with a little
bit platform specific code. When I get some time I'll whip
    something up.
