#10 Reposition Middle scrollbar

Thanks for a great tool. We use it all the time!
Because it is platform independent, it is now the
default graphical diff tool for our project. We use
tkdiff from a laptop, projected on a screen, for a
group code review. A very useful feature in this
senario would be to be able to change the default
window width, by dragging the center scrollbar. This
would allow increasing the font size for readablility,
while allowing one of the two panes to be fully
displayed on the screen, as often there is nothing
interesting on the other pane.

Tkdiff is absolutely the best diff tool that I have seen, at
any price. I am telling everyone I know at IBM about it.
