System: Ubuntu 13.04 X86_64 + tkdiff 4.2 (the latest version).

If I launch tkdiff without following anything, after an dialog window pops up if I click the "Cancel" button tkdiff can quit normally as expected.

However, if I click the "X" button on the top of the window, tkdiff just closes the dialog window and I need to press "ctrl+C" to quit tkdiff completely.
