#7 tkcvs sometimes don't start

May be it is a X problem.
I have Mandrake 9.2 updated with all bug/security bug fix,
[root@localhost root]# uname -a

[root@localhost root]# X -version

    This is what any X11 program does if it doesn't have
    permission to display on $DISPLAY. That will happen if you
    have su'd to a different user than the one you logged in as.
    DId you log in as yourself and then su to root? The
    solution is to type "xhost +" in a terminal _before_ you
    switch user.
