#16 Website to keep track of running tjukebox servers

Add functionality where each tjukebox server can let the
tjukebox website know it exists. That way other's can
connect and influence music choices. This change will
require a config file option to enable of disable this
option.

Also a new app (or socket programming embedded in a
php script) will be needed to keep the website info up-
to-date.
