Opening a color-mapped image (e.g. 8-bit bitmap with a non-gray scale palette causes Voyager to ignore the palette and substitute a default 256 gray-scale palette. This does not happen when Loading the same image.

Affects targa and my own proprietary pic images when opened (not loaded into memory). Modifications made, require testing with color mapped images.
