Compressing an image to png results in an image that is progressively noisier from top to bottom.

Fixed bug in rfc1951.c/Deflater_encode was deleting search information 2 characters ahead of schedule, leading to potentially erroneous lookups on similar sequences.

Also fixed bug in Inflater_decodeUsingBasicTrees where output buffer was not fully flushed.
