#2 -activeborder option

It would be nice if one could specify an option for
changing the border used for highlighting an active
DisplayItem in HList or TList. Something like... I
don't know.. -activeborder? Some sample values could
be dash, solid, none (for a dashed border - the
default), a solid line border, or no border at all.

Name it -activestyle, to match it to the same option for
listbox.
The possible values there are dotbox, none or underline.
