#4 files in sub folders don't show up, or the wrong files show

I have the following folder structure on my pc:
e:\Videos
Under that I have about 30 files (avi movies), and 4 sub folders, which in turn contain either files, or sub folders with files.
Let's call the sub folders a, b, c, d (in reality they are called (guitar, personal, music, Die märchenbraut).
a, c, and d have just files under them, b has sub folders with files.
When I go to Tivo.Net Server on my Tivo, and open one of the sub directories the files shown in the sub directory aren't the files in that directory, but rather the files in the directory I first accessed.
This repeats for all other sub directories.
How can I fix that?

Also, what exceptions do I need to create in the Windows Firewall?
