#2 most video clips won't play

Hi

I tried a variety of videos, 90% I can't get to play, I get an error:

"There was a problem transferring the requested program to this DVR. To view which programs won't be transferred and why, go to TiVo Central and select "Pick Programs to Record" > "To Do List" > "View Recording History"

I checked there and there was nothing about this.

I am using a Humax Tivo with a USB wireless device.

I was able to get a couple working so far.

Any ideas on how to get the others working? They are just .avi or .mpg clips

Nat,
D/L the tivomono program for your version number and run it. It opens up a dos window and monitors any Tivodot net activity, printing results in the window.

This may give you a clue as to what the problem is.

At first the program says hit "Q" to quit.

Leave it running and try a transfer.
