I've tried installing this multiple times on my Vista machine. I've downloaded this from three different mirrors, all with the same result.

The install goes through and gets almost 100% complete when the dialog box pops up and has the following verbage:

The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869.

Click on OK and another dialog box pops up, this time it is blank, with just an OK button. Click on this and the screen shows an uninstall and quits.
