Do Not Scan Existing Files.

Would it be possible to add a toggle somewhere in the registry to tell Tivo.Net to NOT scan files that it already has in its internal DB.
I have about 500 files on 2 separate hard drives. AVI, MPG, WMV, etc. All varying from 30MB to 1GB in size. Each time Tivo.Net starts up, I see an instance of ffmpeg_mp2.exe run for each one.
It would be quicker to have Tivo.Net check to make sure the file size and location are the same as what is in the XML file that it stores, and if they still match, there woudl be no reason for FFMPEG to even be run.
It would save a lot of time on startup. As it is now, 9 times out of 10, I get error messages saying the service didn't start in a reasonable time.

I agree with this and I experience a similar problem. I am hoping to do some clean up of these types of items since our admin has abandoned this project (apparently). I will refactor the startup code when I do this in a few weeks.
