#7 Patches to tivodecode-0.3pre1 with TS support
Applied some fixes to tivodecode-0.3pre1 version with TiVo TS file decrypt support:
1. Reverted back to functioning '-D' command line argument (tivodecode.c)
2. Applied windows stdin/stdout patches for functioning pipes in windows (tivodecode.c, tdcat.c, cli_common.h)

Thanks for this, however I just tested it on an Australian TiVo from within kmttg using the default TS file we get, and it didn't work. It just sat there ticking over with the MB count staying at 0MB, just like it did with the previous tivodecode version. Looks like I will need to use Direct Show Dump or VideoReDo to process the TS file.
PS Happy to help in further testing if it will help, however I am not a programmer myself so cannot debug it myself.

Sorry, I made a mistake, I had placed the patched files in the wrong place, when I moved them it is working.
Latest testing indicates that the file is frozen at the first frame when being played in VLC Player (Windows XP SP3)
