I'm happy to see that there's a linux version for this!

I want to use this app to connect to my parents Tivo in Maryland so I can get some TC programming not available here in PA. I downloaded and installed this on my linux box (Linux Mint) and it seems to run great.

The only problem I'm having is connecting to the Tivo box in MD. I added the IP and it says it can't connect...

So what else do I need to do in order to get in? Are there any ports on my parents router I need to open, etc?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
