#957 Titan panel is gone now.

What version of Titan Panel are you using and on what operating system?
The latest one. I deleted a reloaded it. It's not showing up at all.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Any time I log in.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing on screen. It is on the addon list and it's enabled.
