to:

local serverName = GetRealmName()

in the .lua file of the TitanUtils.lua and any used plugin that is throwing the error. Most common one doing it right now is TitanGold which has multiple locations the change needs made within the file. You will need to log entirely out of the game to fix it. If it does not work once you have completed the fix the first time then verify the changes have saved. If they did, you might need to clear your WTF and cache folder. I had to for TitanGold but I seem to be the rare case not the norm.
